Selva Pindata -session 1
To support local heritage and ecological tourism and conservation, Last Journey produced “The Painted Forest/La Selva Pintada” book. Four hundred copies were donated to the Cerro Azul community during the conference for sale to visiting tourists.
Last Journey extend their thanks and gratitude to all who participated to make La Selva Pintada a resounding success. Special thanks are extended to the Secretaría de Cultura y Turismo and the Communities of Cerro Azul, Nuevo Tolima, and Raudal, whose support was essential for the success of the conference and our continuing collaboration for research and conservation in the region. We look forward to continuing our discussions and sharing our experiences of the rock art sites, their history, interpretation, and conservation.
